"Shout out to Jasmine today! I called in with a question regarding a price change on my policy and she offered to look it up for me or transfer me directly to an agent. I agreed to let her look things up for me. I was a bit confused and she quickly had made it clear that I could definitely discuss it with one of the agents. The impressive thing was that she held herself accountable to her experience level and never claimed that she was correct nor did she act “confidently wrong.” She remained pleasant the entire conversation. I commend her for that. She truly acted in the best interest on my behalf. Great job Jasmine!"
